Pick Up:

Pick up is available from East Perth in Australia. You will be notified via email once your order is available for pick up. ​

Australia - Standard and Express Shipping

Express Shipping (3-5 Business Days for Metro Areas)

Cost - up to 3kg - $10

         - 3 to 5 kg   - $20

Standard Shipping (1-3 Business Days for Metro Areas)

Cost - up to 3kg - $15

         - 3 to 5 kg   - $25

For deliveries within Australia we use an Australia Post courier for express and standard deliveries. Delivery times are listed in the Delivery Table and are an estimate only. By accepting our terms and conditions upon placing your order you agree that AZpire is not liable for any delay in delivery. Please allow an additional 1 to 3 business days for delivery of any orders outside of a metropolitan area. This Delivery Table may be updated at our discretion at any time where necessary.

International Shipping

Late Deliveries

We make every attempt to deliver goods within the estimated time frame however, we will not accept any responsibility or liability for any late deliveries and may vary from product to product. From time to time we may post a notice on our website informing of a shipping black out period.

Delivery During Sale Period

During any AZpire Sale period, orders are subject to delay due to the potential sheer volume of orders received within these periods. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause. Please allow an additional 5 business days for dispatch of your order during this time. Once your order has been shipped, normal shipping times apply.

Free Shipping

If your order qualifies for free shipping, the cost of shipping will be automatically deducted from your order total. To be eligible your order will be above $200 excluding GST and to be ship within Australia only.

 

From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions. Please note that free shipping promotions will be applied to your order on the payment page and may be subject to terms and conditions (such as minimum spend or specific dates). 

 

​Additional fees apply for bulky shipping. Express shipping charges still apply unless order qualifies for free express shipping.

Delivery Process

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with tracking details, which will allow you to track your order every step of the way. You can also check the status of your order by logging into your account.

 

Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that a person is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.

 

Please ensure your delivery details are correct as we are unable to re-direct deliveries once your order has been dispatched. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and a re-delivery fee will apply.

 

Lost or Damaged Goods

If your order is lost or damaged in transit, please contact our Team within 7 business days of placing your order so that we may assist you.
